SHIPPING & HANDLING INFORMATION

Please note that choosing next day or 2 day air does not always mean your order will be delivered one or two days after you place your order online. The time it takes an item to ship is stated on that item's page. If an item is available for shipment within 3 to 5 business days, for example, and you choose express delivery ( next day or 2 day air ) the item will ship express within 3 to 5 business days. The item will not necessarily be delivered within one to two days after you order. If an item is needed before the longest item ship time, please e-mail us, and we will let you know the soonest we can ship.

Please make sure you enter the CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS so your shipment will not be delayed.
Federal Express and UPS charge us a special handling fee of $10 for each address correction they have to make.
THIS COST WILL BE PASSED ON TO YOU if you have entered an incomplete or incorrect ship to address. (Examples of incomplete or incorrect addresses: Incorrect ZIP Codes, incorrect street numbers, omission of suite numbers, apartment numbers, and/or the use of old street addresses for recipients who have relocated.)

ThinkGift.com offers shipping in the United States only. We do not currently deliver to international addresses. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional shipping charges that will be quoted to you via email.

To find out when you will receive your item, you need to consider the shipping time of the item you ordered and the shipping option you selected. We use the following equation:

Longest Item Ship Time + Delivery Method Ship Time = Total Delivery Time

For example, if you placed an order for an item with next business day availability and selected Ground Shipping (3 to 7 business days, depending upon where you live), your total delivery time would be 1 business day (availability) + 3 to 7 business days (shipping time). In other words, you could expect your package to be delivered within 4 to 8 business days of placing your order.

Alaska and Hawaii
Additional charges apply to shipments going to Alaska and Hawaii. The cost for this service will be quoted via email. (Certain items may not be available for delivery in these states.)

Standard Shipping Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers

Please note our warehouses do not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery.

Domestic Exceptions Shipping Options and Ship Times

Domestic Exceptions Apply to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, AK, HI, and All Non-UPS Addresses. APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes can be sent only by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional shipping charges that will be quoted to you via email.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
ThinkGift.com accepts the following payment methods: American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Diner's Club, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks and Personal Checks.

SALES TAX
In accordance with applicable state and local laws, we are required to charge sales tax in localities where ThinkGift.com has operations. ThinkGift.com does not benefit from the collection of sales tax and we remit all taxes collected directly to the appropriate taxing jurisdiction. As a general rule, it is the laws of the state of delivery that determine whether sales tax will be due on your transaction. Sales tax of 8.25% is charged on merchandise only for orders delivered to addresses within California and Texas.

RETURNS
If, for any reason, your purchase does not meet your expectations, please e-mail us for an Return Authorization Number. Upon receipt of your Return Authorization Number, return the item with its original tags and packaging, prepaid and insured, within 10 days for a prompt refund or exchange. Your refund or exchange amount will be the price of the item returned and will not include the shipping and handling charges originally paid with your order.
